Job Description:

  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Dealing directly with customers by e-mail, chat (WhatsApp and telegram), and telephone to provide pricing and program information.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Following up on customer interactions.
  • Maintaining customer databases and administrations
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.
  • Fresh graduates or 6-7th semester university students
  • Knowledge of CRM will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of social media platform
