THE ROLE 

As an Insurance Graduate, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands on experience across a range of our insurance responsibilities including acceptability, conditions, and pricing of routine moderate to complex insurance risks, coverage within our business strategy, risk appetite, regulatory requirements and product offerings.  

The role will provide an opportunity to work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across various products/divisions, providing data-driven insights and solutions to real world problems.  

These positions sit within our NZI Insurance division. For over 160 years, NZI Insurance has been protecting Kiwi businesses around New Zealand. Part of IAG New Zealand Limited (known as IAG), we actively help Kiwis manage their risks and provide support through thick and thin.

As an Insurance Graduate, you’ll grow and establish:

REQUIREMENTS  

  • A university degree or higher (from 2022-2024) or be in your penultimate year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2024 – Technology/Computer Science, Business or Finance disciplines.  
  • An average B- achievement (65%+), and  
  • Are an Australian and/or New Zealand citizen or New Zealand permanent resident.
