Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
Networks exist and other programs. Can always do more! Was particularly impressed with the support of parents returning to work and fertility support (allowed a friend of mine to have endometriosis surgery costs covered by company).

Jacobs seems very good in this area, I haven't seen or heard of any issues. One thing I will note is there seems to be more males in management positions than females - I am aware that Jacobs is always trying to bridge this gap however

We have our everyday respect policy, various committees presenting issues faced by minority groups in society and how we can collectively band together to help overcome these and so many presentations to spread awareness. Recruitment at the moment has decreased due to market trends in the public sector however our attrition remains above our competitor companies.

Workplace flexibility is extremely good, although can be improved. The company has a number of networks for grater inclusion and support for gender equality, LGBT and has a significantly diverse ethnic staff ratio.

Very active in this area, workplace of choice for gender equality. Can be somewhat constrained because of the global nature of the business and the different cultures in different regions, but the general feel is very inclusive.

Jacobs is very strict for being against discrimination and bullying. This has allow significant retention of employee where most of them has worked 5+years. From my colleague it was known that Jacobs does not ask personal question such as number of children to the interviewee, allowing a fairer job interview. Similarly, there are multiple cases of colleagues with flexible working hour due to family commitment
