Johnstaff works within a niche market, offering the opportunity to work on a wide range of unique projects.
The best thing is that Johnstaff would push you to reach your career milestones and push you to do better.
Daily challenges of on-site work.
Johnstaff outlines a commitment to diversity in the workplace with emphasis on involving more women in the Construction industry
Can require long hours to meet deadlines.
The job comes with a lot of responsibility and is quite dynamic, meaning there is always a lot to keep on top of. At times, it can be difficult to switch off at the end of the day from the many moving parts of the project.
The worst thing probably is that work comes and goes in waves. You might be very busy one week and then fairly free the other.
Travel requirements for projects if you are site based.
Working in the Construction Consultancy industry is challenging. However, I honestly can't think of a negative aspect of working for Johnstaff that is company-related.
