Career Prospects at Kraft Heinz Company

I believe there are job openings that you could promote to - unclear on next steps for grads.

There are opportunities, however without having gone through the process it's difficult to differentiate what it actually takes and how the process works.

There is a clear defined process, and on-going discussions and career planning.

It is only early on however I can see the potential for me to grow and thrive in the Sales team. The support so far has been great, and I can tell that my team genuinely wants to see me succeed.

The grad program is a great way to progress at Kraft Heinz. Looking at previous graduates development is fast post completion of the graduate year.

I feel like the company promotes abilities to move up in the company and has good 1 on 1 review systems that help you gain the ability to move up

Strong focus on promoting on merit. Lots of growth opportunities if you are a strong performer and able to exceed expectations.

Heaps of previous grads have already experienced career progression over a short period of time.

Ability to move up vertically and horizontally in a quite manner.

Progression driven by High turnover

There is definitely room to progress. Career progression internationally doesn't seem possible which was a strong reason for starting here.

Promotion possibilities are there but it seems that you need to put in ridiculous hours to get far in most departments which is not something I am currently willing to sacrifice my work/life balance for.

Good opportunities to move up if you work for it

Promotions are frequent if you prove yourself. Results and attitude

On site, we live and breathe meritocracy. Perform well and you will be recognised. This does require the willingness to take on responsibility, and own your results. A large percentage of the executives in the company have come through the graduate pipeline, so this is an extremely good place to be if you're ambitious and hungry for a challenge. There is no consideration for how long you have been in the company when it comes to promotion; seniority isn't a factor. KraftHeinz is all about performance.

No clear career progression. Due to business restructuring, I've had to move to various teams.

Promotion happens fast, though I think these individuals could benefit with more support/resources.

Promotions and internal movements can happen quickly but this is often due to high turnover rate rather than meritocracy

Depending on if you are the right 'cultural fit' you can easily progress up the ranks with no experience required. Also once people above you leave and no one replaces them you pretty much inherit their role alogn with your own current one

This all depends on your performance and work ethic so it is as easy or as difficult as you make it based on these two factors
