We will be the first region globally at Kraft Heinz to deliver S/4HANA, shaping the path for other business units across the world to follow.

The new SAP landscape will give us state-of-the-art tools and capabilities across all areas of the business including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT and Manufacturing and will also allow us to fully leverage the huge amount of data that we have as an organization.

At the end of this project, you could have the possibility to continue the SAP Journey and roll out this system in other counties across the Kraft Heinz business OR stay within the ANZ business as a subject matter expert.

About the role

As part of this program, we are looking for talented resources to help drive the transformation program along with our experienced IT and Business program team. This opportunity will suit someone who is looking for a fast-paced, exciting environment and who is curious about learning the business. As part of this role, you will gain experience in any of the following areas:

  • Finance
  • Supply Chain
  • Procurement
  • Manufacturing
  • Data
  • IT

During our 18-month program, you will join a high-performing team of Transformation Program specialists and will learn directly from Kraft Heinz leaders, see firsthand our manufacturing sites and exactly how our iconic products get made and also have the opportunity to work on a large-scale business transformation program.

About you

  • University degree
  • Either graduated before
  • 1-2 year's work experience preferred, but not essential. 
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Basic understanding of project management
  • Ability and willingness to travel for work
  • Valid working rights for the country you are applying for are required

Duration

The duration of the program is 18 months.

My current role is placed with the Learning and Development team. day-to-day I have enough work to complete daily, with weekly check-ins with my manager. I have a routine throughout the week. This includes check-ins, stand-up calls and other meetings with enough autonomy to feel trusted I can complete tasks myself to a good standard.

Day to day is a lot of customer meetings, talking through pricing and customer service. Building presentations and working with other departments to try to unload large quantities of excess stock that our manufacturing sites have on hand

Cons

    • Sometimes, the work-life balance can be challenging.

    • Outdated internal data systems... which leads to widespread inefficiencies.

    • At my specific site they do not trust us enough... I feel like my site does not follow the same guidelines as others.

    • You'll be expecting to do whatever you'll need, including overtime and working over weekends.

    • The hardest part about working here is the complexity of the business and the product portfolio.
