Job Descriptions

• Support provides data
• Issue transaction details to clients
• Bridging document review to related departments
• Assist with the refund claim process
• Support BD department with other administrative tasks like BAST, Invoice, etc

Requirements

• Associate/bachelor degree
• Skills in administrative records keeping
• Familiar with and able to use excel or google sheet
• Experience in a sales support position in a similar industry will be plus
