We have invested in technology, as part of our digital transformation, so you can focus on your clients. You'll also have administration support from our Intake and Customer Care teams who manage all bookings, enquiries and questions from our wonderful families.
Our Speechie team at Learning Links are special. We work hard to get support for children and families, but we also enjoy a few laughs at our team days and social events (eg. Friday night dinners; board game night). We set up our timetables and clients to maximise your expertise and to allow opportunities for you to work with sites and schools nearest to you. Our teamwork permanent hours across the year, but school holiday periods are more flexible with more work from home, time to reflect and plan for the next term, and of course invest in professional development.

Learning Links was established in 1972 by parents concerned about the lack of appropriate support services to meet their children's education and wellbeing needs. Since then we have partnered with thousands of children and families to help children reach their full potential. Our Client Services team includes leading practitioners in their field and we provide multidisciplinary services across psychology, speech therapy, specialist and early education.
We value diversity and inclusion and the unique contribution that every one of our team makes.

My days are very well set out - with clear time set for paperwork (e.g., reports, client preparation, phone calls), school day and clinic days (face to face client sessions, and associated tasks). I am able to clearly know what I'm meant to be doing on each day and what time is allocated for what task.
I conduct assessments, complete intervention - in clinic and through school programs.
Preparation for sessions, therapy sessions/screeners/assessments with clients, writing notes, other admin paper work such as reports.

Education & Training
Learning Links is a charity working in collaboration with schools, early childhood settings & parents to help children who struggle to learn.
The team and how welcoming they are very supportive, flexible and friendly. There is genuine care for the well-being of employees. Many resources are available and there is great support for developing the knowledge and skills of employees through weekly supervision from highly experienced speech pathologists, internal and external professional development opportunities, etc.
Everyone is so welcoming and there is some great supervision offered which makes me feel supported.
Lots of support Lots of opportunity to learn Great environment - no toxicity between staff Always room to grow Lots of up to date resources Great structured systems in place make it easier to follow
Moving around to different clinics
Maybe finishing later than usual business hours on clinical days, however, this isn't too bad when there are other speech pathologists/colleagues working with you at the same time. Also, this is probably essential and common with many speech pathology companies due to our work with school-aged students.
I honestly can not think of anything bad about the company. I'm slowly learning to adjust to the systems in place and becoming better at time management and paperwork.
