No bonuses as far as I know, pay is about industry average. No allowances for travel etc.

There are no bonuses on offer (as far as I'm aware). The graduate salary is higher than a number of private companies that I researched into.

As far as graduate wages go I don't feel many other companies offer a better wage. It'd be in the top 10% for typical Graduate Civil Engineering roles. There are a few other benefits that can improve net wage available to all employees.

As a graduate, I believe the pay is reasonable considering our experience and knowledge-base. For a first job out of University, the benefits are very reasonable.
