As it is a government company there is a very strong emphasis on the carbon footprint along with all environmental concerns.

There is a large environmental department which works hard to minimize the organizations footprint. We use a lot of recycled materials and reduce waste as much as possible, These initiatives continue to grow.

We are going paperless where we can

We have to separate all rubbish according to recyclables, rubbish and natural waste (e.g. fruits and veggies).

I'm not sure about this aspect however the LXRA does have a minimum standard of green star rating on their projects.
