Our end-to-end medicine/vaccine programs, telehealth services, and onsite medical staff serve a million Filipinos every year. MedGrocer is one of the more established Filipino Health Tech startups.

The Mental Health Officer designs and implements programs to improve the mental health and well-being of clients. 

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures that consultations and psychotherapy are aligned with MedGrocer’s consultation scheduling system and teleconsultation protocols, if applicable, and continuously improves such systems and protocols
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders  to align on protocols, provide regular operational reports, and assist in other requests related to the mental health program 
• Collaborates with other mental health professionals to create holistic mental health interventions for clients
• Monitors program effectiveness and suggests necessary improvements to further develop current systems
• Leverages synergies between different MedGrocer services and integrate them with the Mental Health Program, as well as identify untapped areas for expansion

Minimum Qualifications

• Preferably has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or any related field
• Preferably has knowledge or experience in Mental Health or Employee Assistance Programs
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati

Compensation

• PHP27,000-PHP35,000/monthly
