As an organisation that cares about its employees, it was important to give our graduates a break. During their induction, our graduates needed to ingest a lot of very important information. So, they needed some time to reset and get back to learning.
We took our graduates out of the office and into the park! They did some group activities which included physical and trust exercises. This was also valuable team building for the graduates, especially as they will work very closely with each other during their program.
The day concluded with a game of pool and drinks!
