We conducted the second stage of our 2024 Graduate Program application process at our Canberra Office. Our prospective graduates engaged in our unique Group Activity, which involved them working collaboratively in a simulation/serious game. Following the activity, the prospective graduates did a debrief reviewing their experience in the simulation. The day concluded with a delightful lunch with members of the Meikai team.
A special shoutout to Angus Royal, our Futures Portfolio Support Officer, for taking on the role of game master and facilitator of the simulation/serious game. Our Director Jason Mildon provided some assistance in the facilitation.
