Meikai's Culture and Strategy Day is an important day for our organization, and this time was no exception! It was a remarkable opportunity for our team members from various projects across Canberra and Australia to come together as a unit.
The Culture and Strategy Day allowed us to not only reflect on our company's accomplishments but also align ourselves with Meikai's vision and mission and gain valuable insights into the future.
But this time, we decided to put a spotlight on the "culture" aspect of the day. We embarked on an adventure at Kingpin, where our team split into two groups and engaged in an escape room and bowling. One team showcased their puzzle skills and beat the other in finishing the escape room in a shorter time. Whilst the others showed their dominance in the bowling lanes.
To wrap up the day on a high note, we enjoyed dinner and drinks as a team. It was a great occasion for our hardworking team members to take a break from their demanding schedules, have some fun, and bond.
