Due to significant growth of both the team and deal flow, we have an exciting opportunity for our first intake of non-rotating Graduate Lawyers to join our Sydney Finance Solutions team.
You will enjoy a fascinating variety of legal work as part of a collaborative national team, working across our Corporate, Property & Real Estate or Project Finance groups, with the opportunity to specialise if you would prefer to focus in one area. You will enjoy working on a diverse range of matters spanning secured, unsecured, syndicated, club and bilateral transactions, both cross-border and domestic.
You will be part of a close, supportive team working closely with our leading partners who will enable you to develop your professional brand as a senior lawyer.

As a Finance Solutions Graduate, you will work under the guidance of our expert Lawyers and Partners. Our Band-1 ranked Finance Solutions team in Sydney operate within our broader Corporate & Capital Markets line of business. The team acts for major lenders, banking institutions and leading corporates across the full spectrum of financing transactions, including corporate finance, property finance, project finance, sustainable finance, asset and structured finance.

Junior lawyer in the corporate m&a team
Drafting advising attending conferences / basic court hearings.
As a graduate lawyer, i work across most matters the team takes on. Tasks generally include legal research, drafting correspondence, drafting court forms, attending hearings and assisting in management/discovery of documents. I am also able to solely assist the partner on smaller matters, which involves greater conduct of the matter in terms of managing the matter, the documents, client correspondence, providing advice and strategy considerations.
