As a Monadelphous Graduate, you'll get firsthand experience working in one of our three divisions; Engineering and Construction, Maintenance and Industrial Services or Corporate Services.
No matter what discipline you are graduating in, you will be involved in the practical management of our projects. This could include executing a fixed plant shut-down, coordinating subcontractors on high profile resource and infrastructure projects, or conducting site safety inspections! You will spend the first years with us learning our business and applying your knowledge, then develop into leaders that will challenge the status quo, drive advancement and actively contribute to our strategic aims, all whilst exploring the varied pathways available to you.

Depending on the scope of work for the project that you are working on at the time, and whether you are interested in the scope will determine your level of job satisfaction.
My current rotation allows me to work with the internal hire of assets, internal rent and depreciation. All of which are important areas to develop knowledge in for an Accountant.
I have extremely enjoyed working day to day in heavy lift producing lift studies and working with other engineers. It brings a good challenge that tests me and is satisfying to complete.

The opportunities for different work environments, working in the office tendering to being on various sites around Australia working in processing mines to Iron Ore mines.
Across the board the culture of the workplace is outstanding, evidently passed down through management. It is extremely easy to raise questions with anyone in the company. There is support across all areas of the business, whether it commercial, technical, or personal.
I really enjoy the level of responsibility we are given on the projects we work on and there is always people to provide guidance.

Due to the size of the company, free parking is minimal, and street parking nearby tends to fill early in the morning. Public transport is recommended.

It’s a West coast-based company, so sometimes you feel a bit left out on the east coast. But as many of the graduates are in the middle of nowhere anyway, they have to accommodate for people in remote areas, so you never feel left out in terms of training, experience, etc.
