Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works.
We provide rail network maintenance services, as well as rail rolling stock maintenance services, across Australia. Delivering planned and preventative maintenance, minor and major projects, as well as major closedown works, our capability includes the use of a fleet of owned and operated rail maintenance on-track and mobile plant.
The role of Junior Project Engineer Rail; will see you working a FIFO roster 5:2:4:3 and be responsible for Monadelphous rail maintenance in Karratha performing maintenance of Rio Tintos privately owned Pilbara rail network.

My current rotation allows me to work with the internal hire of assets, internal rent and depreciation. All of which are important areas to develop knowledge in for an Accountant.
I have extremely enjoyed working day to day in heavy lift producing lift studies and working with other engineers. It brings a good challenge that tests me and is satisfying to complete.

It’s a West coast-based company, so sometimes you feel a bit left out on the east coast. But as many of the graduates are in the middle of nowhere anyway, they have to accommodate for people in remote areas, so you never feel left out in terms of training, experience, etc.
