Sales Automation Manager

Job Overview

You deliver and develop detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insights with a focus on driving best practices through simplification, efficiency and consistency by aligning common outputs across accounts. You also provide leadership to direct reports and work collaboratively across sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team that enables sales delivery by providing the tools and data necessary for the smooth running of the business and the development and execution of the sales strategy.
• Coordinate national and regional sales system projects for field service.
• Test and implement new systems.
• Conduct market research on current developments and trends for continuous optimization of the systems – both data and digital

Requirements

• Relevant experience in sales/IT
• Knowledge of field service systems and understanding of data and digital tools
• Experience in people management and project management
• Strong analytical, communication and networking skills
