Managers are okay. Team Leaders are great as they're there on the floor, and if they're not there they're always online, so very accessible to asks for help and guidance. The new team lead is great at leading the team, and is always able to provide info, help and guide the team.

I would say my first rotation was not all that fantastic. My second rotation is very distinct from the first. My current manager is excellent and gives me all the assistance I require to complete the assignment. Also, incredibly patient with my questions and concerns.

I'm very satisfied with my manager and mentor, they treat me well. They make sure the workload isn't too much for me. They provide with good feedback and how I can improve on, positive praises and recognition for the work I've done. My mentors are great, they provide me with great insight, knowledge and guidance to complete my work.
