I come in two days a week, which is more than most of the team. In a graduate program I would prefer to have more face-to-face contact to learn.

When it comes to work hours flexibility it differs on the department/work areas. Currently my work hours are not very flexible as the environment is very busy and restricted and everyone's expected to do their work hours in the office.
