What you will do? | Responsibilities

You will be a hands-on technologist who connects business problems to distributed data sets to build intelligent predictive models. You will work with other experts, such as Data Architects, Data Engineers and Analysts to build cutting edge data science solutions. You'll be a go-to expert for tackling predictive modelling & data science-related contexts ranging across addressing small to large data sets, structured/unstructured.

You'll take an outcome-first approach in transforming our business through analytical applications across our firm. In this role, you will participate in providing oversight and guidance related to data science models and usage. You will ensure adherence to data standards and best practices through the establishment of model governance processes.

You will collaborate with team members, customers, and stakeholders to facilitate understanding of the project, produce an efficient and effective solution consistently at or ahead of the established deadline. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with team and business partners by demonstrating effective interpersonal skills.

Who will you work with?

You will be based in Bangalore and will be an integral part of our Analytics function. This group is responsible for developing and delivering all analytics solutions for the firm’s internal use. As part of this group, you will work on transforming our business through the use of analytical models across the firm.

What you will need to have | Requirements

• Full-time degree from an accredited college/university in a business-related or technology-related field
• 2-6 years of Data Science experience with experience in data management
• Expertise in prototyping computer vision and NLP solutions with a strong background in Python software development.
• Experience in working with classification, object detection, segmentation, GAN and BERT
• Worked with Tensorflow/Pytorch, Opencv, CUDA, NumPy, sci-kit-learn, NLTK, Pandas and regex
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying models in multiple ML areas like Computer Vision, NLP etc.
• Collaborative - able to build strong relations that enable robust debate and survive periodic disagreements regarding priorities
• Ability to communicate effectively with a technical and non-technical audience
• Industry recognized cloud certifications, patents, open-source contributions are preferred
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of in-production ML models and tools (MLOps)
