2022 MIS Officer (Start ASAP)

Responsibilities

• Installs and performs minor repairs to hardware, software and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications
• Physical hardware on-site replacement and troubleshooting of servers and PC desktops
• Provides technical know-how and assists company employees in utilizing computer applications or software enhancements
• Performs desktop and application support as requested by internal customers
• Tracks and maintains accurate inventory of all computing equipment
• Creates, updates and maintains internal website or intranet
• Any other duties relating to IT as requested

Requirements

• Candidate must be a graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any other computer-related courses
• Good user support experience
• Has very good understanding of software concepts
• Able to learn new applications quickly
• Has ability to provide support for these applications
• Able to continually tweak and fine tune to better meet our specific requirements
• Appreciate working in a live environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Amenable to shifting schedule
• Willing to work in Ortigas
