Payroll Clerk (Start ASAP)

Responsibilities

• Generate attendance report, check accuracy and coordinate with timekeepers for correction or update of any incorrect or missing data
• Reprocessing and finalizing of attendance records for payroll reference
• Prepare and upload other income items
• Prepare and upload deduction items
• Prepare Final Pay computation and documents such as ITR and Quit Claim Waiver
• Generate and save payroll and attendance reports
• Maintain trackers (13th month, leaves, clearance, etc.)
• Process documents for submission to government agencies (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Process Document requests (Payslips/ITR/ Contribution or loan payment certificates/MDR, etc.)
• Conduct file review and reconciliations when needed
• Assist with any other activities within the Finance Department as necessary

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Commerce or similar course
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas and/or Cubao office
• Can start immediately
