Corporate Social Responsibility
Opportunities to participate in social impact projects and the Not For Profit fellowship programme. OW offsets carbon emissions from flights, but the amount of flying for non-essential reasons (e.g., holiday parties) is still a concern re. carbon emissions.
8.2
Culture
8.2
Culture
Culture is very flat and non-hierarchical - the kind of place where partners and interns sit down together at lunch for a casual chat. Also a very social company where there are firms events happening multiple times a week, and where everyone eats lunch together whenever they're in the office.

Office Work Environment
Amazing offices and great amenities. Dress code is slightly on the side of formal but pretty flexible to make it what you want (can wear t-shirts if not meeting clients).
7.3
Recruitment
7.3
Recruitment
Several rounds of case and fit interviews with managers and partners. Largely typical case interviews with more of a focus on mathematical reasoning. Be able to answer all the 'generic' fit interview questions. For the cases, practice with friends/family. Focus on thinking logically and in a structured way, and being able to communicate that to the interviewer.

Pay is fair and bonuses are material contingent on continued progression through company. There are also substantial other benefits, especially if travelling for work (which is common). Large amounts of international & domestic travel, taxis, frequent team dinners.
