Cons
Lack of information on onboarding stage
I think it will be very great if the company is able to provide free access for learning such as at least LinkedIn Learnings or Google Courses in order to improve employees skills so they can serve higher quality works and explore new things. Also, an access for borrowing notebook sounds great since mine was already in the bad condition.
