Join the Hospital Patient Monitoring Team as a Sales Graduate and report directly to the ANZ Sales Manager. You will gain invaluable experience and exposure to the team, Healthcare technology and customers. You will be actively involved in all aspects of the sales process, from new business, opportunity management and account management.

You are responsible for

  • Supporting the HPM & EC sales to progress opportunities for the sale of the product to hospital customers
  • Assisting the marketing team members in the implementation of business growth initiatives
  • Gaining an understanding of business intelligence data, and analysing the data to determine meaningful and actionable insights for the sales team.
  • Supporting the sales manager's inaccurate forecasting through Salesforce
  • Working alongside the commercial operations team to meet customer expectations on the delivery and installation of hospital equipment.
  • Working directly with hospital clients to understand and architect solutions.

You will be working with a highly experienced team of Account Managers, all with a shared goal of delivering top-quality service to customers. More broadly, you will be part of the Philips Healthcare team and have daily interactions with stakeholders from across the business such as Clinical Applications Specialists, Engineers and Product Managers.

About you

We are looking for:

  • Have (in the last year) or are about to complete a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with majors which may include Business, Commerce and Finance 
  • A genuine interest in Innovation, Healthcare and sales
  • Goal-oriented and proactive
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (Both written and spoken)
  • Strong team player with a positive mindset
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent time management
