Principal Accountabilities
- Develop government relations strategy for the company
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant government and Association: including but not limited to OJK, Bank of Indonesia, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Education and Culture, etc.
- To analyze and monitor changes in policies, regulations, and legislation established by the government that are important to the company.
- Proactively highlights issues to the team related to the company
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Follow regulatory and political developments as the early warning of regulatory threats, and communicate it to the team.

Qualification Requirement
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Government Relations or the Public Policy sector
- Excellent writing skills and negotiation skills
- Understand regulatory and policy-making schemes
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Attention to details
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa – both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
