Business Development Executive

Job Summary

Grow Pintek is a key player in transforming education in Indonesia by providing financial service to eligible education suppliers, vendors, producers, whose key clients are schools, campuses, or other educational institutions. Expand Pintek’s network as an authoritative business loan provider.

Principal Accountabilities

• Lead key financial service for education suppliers, esp. for purchases by education institutions
• Achieve sales target and manage sales funnel, to grow and optimize
• Provide strategic analysis on the market

Competency Requirement

• Aggressive on target, professional, and result-oriented.
• Excellent industry knowledge with a big plus point if the candidate has prior related job experience
• Relevant problem solving and analytical skills to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Strong sales and communication skills for b2b sales, esp. in IT / books supply chain or other education products
• Energetic and know to have fun as well! - we are a startup ;)

Qualification Requirement

Min. 2 years of related experience in business development, partnership, sales, or account management roles with proven track records or fresh graduates with related experiences.
