Customer Service will be responsible to provide answer to customer needs through Chat, Email, pop up Chat and inbound call
Customer service able to assess customer's need and provide the answer that customer seek to achieve customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Can maintain the confidentiality of the company

Qualification Requirements
University graduate of all majors
Experienced in the field of customer service
Minimum 2 year experience in customer service
can make FAQs & phone scripts
formal computer training an advantage
proficient in relevant computer applications such as Google Spreadsheet, etc
Critical thinking
Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
