Data Specialist (Start ASAP)

Principal Accountabilities 

1. Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry 
2. Check source documents for accuracy 
3. Verify data and correct data where necessary 
4. Update data and delete unnecessary files 
5. Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms 
6. Transcribe information into required electronic format 
7. Check completed work for accuracy 
8. Obtain further information for incomplete documents

Qualification Requirement 

1. Min High school diploma

3. Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office, especially MS Excel 
4. Data Visualization and Critical Thinking 
5. Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed 
6. Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation 
7. Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures 
8. Knowledge of Data Analysis Tools
