Assist in monitoring administration in process recruitment and advertising job vacancy base on employee vacant position
Control HR Database such as: Employee Contracts, Employee Data (to ensure all data are valid and up to date) including employee work period anniversary
Responsible for employee employment contracts, such as making employee employment contracts and renewing the validity period of work contracts.
Maintain and filling HR Documents
Support HR Event to develop people culture for any kind of employee activities.
Handle Company legality paper works, vendor contracts, and employee permit.
Processing the procurement of office supplies
Can maintain the confidentiality of the company
Competency Requirement
Proficiency computer skills (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
Active and have a passionate to engage the people
Qualification Requirement
Bachelor's degree from any field
Good English and Communication Skill
