Our clients have a team of resources dedicated to them. Consisting of professional in-house linguists, a network of over 350 NAATI certified translators and interpreters, project managers and multimedia specialists. Through our service model, Polaron delivers a complete solution to any language barrier.

Production - Operations

  • Coordinate provision of translation, interpreting and associated services, including DTP, multimedia productions and community approved translations.
  • Liaise with clients to clarify project parameters, resources, budgets, and timelines.
  • Establish and maintain project plans, processes, workflows, and timelines relating to projects.
  • Monitor and control project status, budgets, and deadlines, managing full life cycle of projects.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation, including all databases, CRM, and electronic folders.

Sales, Marketing and Business Development

  • Support Sales team in developing relationships with prospective clients allowing to convert from lead/enquiry to sale.
  • Actively support PLS Team in reaching monthly sales targets.
  • Cross-sell by providing information and marketing materials to clients on the range of services offered by Polaron.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with clients through effective customer service and the quality of Projects delivered.
  • Follow up quotes and cultivate relationships. Maintain the integrity of the CRM data.

The successful applicant should have:

  • Tertiary educated in Linguistics, Translations, Project Management, or related field.
  • Knowledge of translation technologies, project management software or translation memory would be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience in project management role, operating in a direct client service delivery environment would be highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects, priorities, and deadlines
