POMT are seeking individuals of all ages to immerse themselves with the opportunity to learn and grow with hands-on training and exposure to various aspects of AV system design, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance as well as the opportunity to develop essential skills in managing projects, accounts, and client relationships. Work closely with our experienced teams of AV professionals to support the delivery of cutting-edge AV solutions to our clients. 

Our 18-month graduate program is designed to overcome modern recruitment challenges by providing opportunities for individuals with varying skill levels. It features clear technical and professional development milestones that you will traverse whilst gaining invaluable industry insight and knowledge.

What to expect:

• Assist in the installation and setup of audio-visual equipment and systems at client sites, including displays, projectors, speakers, microphones, and control interfaces.
• Learn to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and integration of AV systems.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to perform system testing, calibration, and optimization to meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and assistance during client demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to AV equipment, connectivity, and functionality.
• Participate in project management activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, under the guidance of experienced project managers.
• Support account managers in maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and identifying opportunities for additional services or solutions.
• Learn to conduct client consultations, gather requirements, and propose tailored AV solutions to meet client objectives and budgets.
• Document installation procedures, configurations, and system modifications for future reference and maintenance.
• Stay updated on emerging AV technologies, industry trends, and best practices through continuous learning and training opportunities.
