Prosple runs a global network of job boards designed exclusively for students. Founded by uni graduates in Australia in 2015, our job directories, blogs, videos and application guides now help more than 5 million young people make informed, inspired first career choices each year.
Weโre a rapidly growing organisation that combines the best of innovative startup culture with exciting scale-up growth opportunities. Weโre looking for insanely smart, kind and curious individuals who want to punch above their weight and work with us on our most pressing problems.
Weโre looking for a talented product management intern to help us understand, identify and execute solutions to the most pressing problems our student and employer users face.
During your internship, youโll be responsible for the ideation, primary research, wireframes, user testing and execution of one or more important product features. Youโll work closely with other product managers, designers, data scientists and engineers as you bring your project to fruition.
This is definitely not your average internship, itโs an opportunity to gain real-world experience in a coveted profession that doesnโt usually offer university entrance pathways.
Being a Prosple intern will not only push you professionally, but also give you an invaluable opportunity to build incredible relationships for your future career. Youโll get exposure to some of the 300+ leading employers that work with Prosple as well as interns and mentors from around the world.
We donโt believe that travel or undertaking a top tier internship are mutually exclusive - why not get paid while you travel?
This internship program is open to all current university students and recent graduates with a passion for creating stunning digital products.

Helping students in their career journey.
At Prosple, we are disruptors with a vision to help students find their dream job. It is both rewarding and challenging working for such an organisation, and seems to be a new innovation each week. Our organisational structure is quite flat, with each team member having a direct line to our Founders and Directors.
Having a high-performing team committed to our cause, with the freedom to do your best work without bureaucracy and people getting in your way.
Love that the ownership knows well where their priorities lie, that they don't succumb to the toxic "everything is a priority" trap that a huge majority of companies fall into. This has kept the company hyper focused, allowing it to achieve milestones one after the other, even amidst the pandemic. Also, borrowing from the book "Conscious Capitalism", Prosple has all the markings of a conscious company.
100% remote work, flexible working hours, easy to interact with leaders and owners, possibility to suggest features to the product, participate along with leaders in the decisions, work on a product that actually helps others.
Superb company culture. High standards. Responsive to their employees needs and gives high importance to open communication. Prosple has a heart for all its clients and its team.
There can be some late nights during peak seasons from increased workloads.
Very occasionally, the sheer pace of Prosple's progress and growth can be fatiguing. Which is actually a positive if you're in the right mindset and have the right skills and attitude to embrace it.
Due to the nature of work (100% remote), it is difficult to get to know everyone
Work life balance can be challenging when everyone is such a high performer and expectations are high
Sometimes I had a hard time on looking for resources to use to do my job.
