Whatโs the role?
Youโll join a small but highly effective team and have a significant impact on our fast-growing business. As our Performance Marketing Manager, youโll be responsible for two broad buckets of paid campaigns:
Campaigns to attract university student users (โB2Cโ campaigns. Goal = job applications)
Campaigns to attract employer advertisers (โB2Bโ campaigns. Goal = qualified leads, converting to job advertising revenue)
Beyond this, youโll have the freedom to make this role your own and develop your own data-driven strategies.
About You
Youโll have an exceptional eye for paid marketing opportunities, including on the latest โup-andโ comingโ platforms being adopted by young student audiences, and be obsessive with tracking results and optimising your campaigns. Youโll lead by example with a great attitude and a willingness to roll your sleeves up to get things done.
To do this effectively, we believe you will need:
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across key platforms.
- A keen interest in experimenting with campaigns on up-and-coming platforms for young audiences.
- Hands-on experience with repurposing and optimising content for paid campaigns.
- A data-driven approach to experimentation, and the analytical skills to measure the impact of your work.
- The ability to work closely with the wider Prosple teams to support their respective missions, inspire content ideas, and provide advice on content and product improvements.

100% remote work, flexible working hours, easy to interact with leaders and owners, possibility to suggest features to the product, participate along with leaders in the decisions, work on a product that actually helps others.

Cons
There can be some late nights during peak seasons from increased workloads.
Very occasionally, the sheer pace of Prosple's progress and growth can be fatiguing. Which is actually a positive if you're in the right mindset and have the right skills and attitude to embrace it.
Due to the nature of work (100% remote), it is difficult to get to know everyone
Work life balance can be challenging when everyone is such a high performer and expectations are high
Sometimes I had a hard time on looking for resources to use to do my job.
