We will be hiring across all QinetiQ locations, including:

QinetiQ Australia will be looking for future talent who:

  • Have completed a tertiary-level qualification in a relevant field in the past 12 months; OR are due to complete their studies by December 2022
  • Have no more than 12-months professional experience
  • Demonstrate innovative, diverse thinking and a passion for solving problems
  • Demonstrate a keenness to deliver for customers
  • Have a desire to work collaboratively with our QinetiQ teams and customers

What to expect

Register your interest now ahead of applications for our 18-month, award-winning Graduate Development Program opening on 2 May 2022. Once registered, we will email you when our graduate roles open so you can find the right opportunity for your talents.

Our applications will be open for 4 weeks, closing on 30 May 2022. Once closed, our Talent Acquisition Team will review your CV and qualifications and understand how we can align your skillsets to our available roles.

QinetiQ, as a people-first business, is keen to get to know a little more about you, so be prepared for a team member to give you a call to discuss your application.

Interview assessments will be conducted in June. This will involve a face-to-face or virtual interview, conducted with our hiring managers and Early Careers team. We know interviews can be a little nerve-wracking, so donโ€™t be afraid to ask the team what to expect and if they have any top tips to provide!

In the post-assessment process, preferred candidates will be subject to a screening and reference check process. Where appropriate, offers will be made to successful candidates and the onboarding process will commence.
