I am a Cyber Graduate and my day-to-day responsibilities vary, however it primarily consists of report writing and assisting with other areas.

As a graduate, the duties vary based on what department you're in during a rotation. The rotations involve mainly data related work like analysis, building models, solution designing, documentation, data engineering, data literacy module designing and research. There are also other shorter rotations like innovation, project management, and service delivery just to give you an idea of how the related business units work.

During the graduate program you complete a number of rotations, including through the five data teams, the innovation team, the project management team and a free choice rotation where you can work with any team across RAA! So, the day-to-day can change a lot, however, each fortnight I have a one-on-one meeting with my manager as well as a team meeting, and for the grad program we have monthly professional development courses.

The graduate program consists of rotations through different teams. At the start of each rotation, requirements are to understand what the team does and what roles are in it. Day-to-day is usually working on projects I've been given, solving problems for those projects or ad hoc tasks, reaching out to people to help solve the problems, as well as meeting with stakeholders to better understand how they want the solution to look.
