About You
You recently graduated as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse (preferably within the last 12 months) and:
- You are at home in a workplace where People Care about People.
- You are dedicated to the highest standards of patient care.
- You are ready to commit to a 24-month program of learning, up to full-time hours
- You are eligible to register with AHPRA.
- You are eligible to work in Australia.

The support that has been given since I started. I have had the opportunity to work in different business areas and I feel that sometimes my opinion is valued.

Cons
Paper based notes.
Stress and feeling overwhelmed sometimes.
