Reliance Emerging Leaders Program (RELP)

The Reliance Emerging Leaders Program (RELP) is a gateway to the young leaders of tomorrow to join us and drive challenging projects across Reliance. The RELP involves a 2 year developmental journey with 2 challenging assignments in the first year and a final role in the second year.
