Your role

  • Achieve and exceed sales target for category
  • Enhance conversion ratios and average transaction values
  • Counsel customers
  • Deliver customer service levels
  • Constantly update knowledge on product and selling departments/services
  • Ensure stocking of products and display with adherence can deliver high qualifier service of the highest standards
  • Cross-selling and up-selling Adhere to proper promotions etc.
  • Interact accurately with JDC/HO teams so that the store team quantitative reports to management on customers, sales, stock, competition, skills
  • Deliver sales and customer service of the highest standards
  • Resolvestock management procedures be vigilant without adversely affecting their grievances and complaints by effectively liasoning with related to standards
  • Assist in stock staking
