Company is providing job training such as software operating training and also day to day job-related training by senior professionals. Graduate program is one of the development programs helping young professionals to become fully fledge one. Also, there is a lunch and learn program to attend useful presentation. With those training it helped me in developing skills to operate software to do designing and also communication skills.

Training is a very flexible part of the job. There are excellent training resources available that teaches things like computer & technical skills. There is also external training courses such as 4WD training for mine operators and the like.

Great nothing to complain here. Willing to allow us to spend time learning online and going out and seeing things working. Discuss with other areas within the business, drive out development and a few training courses, especially as a graduate are pushed in order to assist your development.

Plenty of training opportunities (formal and informal) if the leader is willing to accommodate. I have done PLC, high voltage switching operator and root cause analysis formal trainings.

There are many internal training opportunities. They can be hard to justify why you would like to do them, but they are happy for you to go on them if there is justification. Picked up skills in: contractor management, first aid, envirosys, GIS.

My up-line report manager has actually wanted me to spend this first year just gaining experience before commencing anymore formal training qualifications. Instead I have received a lot of informal training from my peers and colleagues explaining a lot of the processes to me.
