People Analytics & Process Improvement Internship

Descriptions:

• Build a simple analytical report (quantitative-qualitative) regard the employee survey
• Manage the content map on the internal knowledge management system
• Involve in facilitating service improvement project
• Build sketch of the process to support system improvement.

Requirements

• Final year students or fresh graduates
• Organizational experience
• Available to work 5 days per week
• Have basic skills or using a spreadsheet or Ms. Excel
• Comprehend basic statistic formula
• Able to write in English
• Able and understanding to build a basic flow of the process.
• Able to use Visio will be a plus
• Able to use logic formulas in excel will be a plus
