Various internal organisations which support and promote diversity. Given this is a global organisation with great internal training and opportunities, employees are retained and shuffled around the assets internationally to build teams of diverse backgrounds.

Half of the team rotations I've worked in so far, I've been the only woman in the team (10 - 20 members total). But women are definitely visible in upper management & leadership positions
