Your role

The People & Organisation (Human Resources) intern has been promoted to a graduate position and Siemens has a vacancy for their next brilliant intern. Are you currently pursuing a degree or a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Commerce or relevant degrees and looking for an internship with a global organisation? If you are interested to work with Siemens as an Intern – People & Organisation (P&O) in their Bowen Hills office, they will offer you the support to make it happen! In this internship, you will get an opportunity to work with Siemens Mobility’s People & Organisation Business Partner team to support daily operations.

About you

• You are currently undertaking a degree or a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Commerce or a relevant discipline.
• You have a valid visa to work in Australia
• Self-motivated and driven with an eagerness to learn and develop

Your key responsibilities and learnings will include:

• A desire and passion to learn a broad range of P&O analytics and processes
• Be involved in initiatives such as their Intern and Graduate program, remuneration review, onboarding and more
• Provide support to the HR Business Partner in daily operational activities
• Learn HR analytics skills through various systems and reporting
