      Digital & Technology Graduate 2022 

      Stockland’s Graduate programme: 
      As a top Graduate employer, our program offers you a permanent role that takes you on a 2-year journey.  The experiences you’ll have along the way will help you to develop key the capabilities you need to kick-start a successful career. Those experiences include the coaching and support of a dedicated Sponsor, tailored learning events on topics such as innovation and commercial acumen, connecting with Graduates from around the country and much more.   

      The opportunity: 

      This Graduate role will work with Stockland’s Technology teams who are responsible for offering great service and experience to the Stockland business and our customers,​​​ enabling and empowering a digitally enabled business​​​. As such, you will rotate through Stockland’s various Technology departments gaining a broad overview of the Technology function and its responsibility in ensuring organisation success. Throughout your two years, you will have four, 6-month rotations where 3 are pre-determined within our Data Innovation, Digital Development and Salesforce Delivery teams and then 1 to be selected by you, with the help and support of your Sponsor. This will help you decide where you would like to look for your next career step, after the Graduate program finishes. 

      Responsibilities are varied, including: 

      • Collaborate with teams on various activities/projects to deliver business outcomes   
      • Opportunity to lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies within the teams  
      • Contribute to creating relevant documentation such as user stories, test scripts, architectural design documents, user guides as relevant  
      • Actively participate in training opportunities (different modes such as self-learning and on the job)  
      • Attends all graduate development programs and events  
      • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.   
      • Contributing to team success by working collaboratively with own team members; assisting team members when needed; sharing ideas, knowledge and experience; and seeking to learn from team members. 
      • Enhancing organisational effectiveness through continuous improvement and innovation 

      Requirements: 

      • You are currently studying for or have completed a suitable degree within 24 months of the program start date, in February 2022. 
      • We are excited to consider candidates from all degree backgrounds, including but not limited to Business, Commerce, Project Management, Technology and much more.  
      • You will have a creative and critical mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders with the upmost professionalism.  
      • You have achieved a 60% grade point average (GPA) or above either to date or overall in your degree subject. 
      • Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia or New Zealand.
