6:00 AM

I started my day peeking at my phone with one eye opened checking what time it is and having to adjust my alarm multiple times. Finally, stood up from bed at around 6:30 AM and grab fresh milk to start up my day before taking a bath.

7:00 AM

Made my makeup and for the next 30 minutes making sure I look presentable for the day. Quickly grabbed a fresh cup of coffee, further preparing myself for the usual heavy traffic heading to work.

8:15 AM

Stuck in heavy traffic as usual. This part of my day almost always never fails to ruin my mood. I’ve gotten used to it at this point and just chose to focus my energy on planning how to go through my day once I get to the office, while traffic is still at a standstill.

8:50 AM

Arrived at the office just in the nick of time and with 10 minutes to spare. I rushed to the biometric kiosk, logging in. My day officially begins. I proceeded to greet the security personnel and went ahead to my workstation to check on any urgent emails.

11:00 AM

Had a quick teaching session with my staff. One of my core tasks is to prepare my colleague and transfer knowledge especially when time permits. We were able to cover the Operational process and calibrate with processes pertaining to new customer acquisition, and move-ins.

2:00 PM

Front desk duties for the next hour since there is only me and my staff in the office. Break schedules are alternating to make sure there is coverage during one person’s break. The phone started ringing 3 to 5 times in the span of an hour with different inquiries ranging from price queries, locker sizes, and contract details.

3:00 PM

It’s time for lunch! I went for my lunch bag to check what my nanny has prepared for me today. But I didn’t like my packed lunch that’s why I ordered burger steak my favorite. After a quick snack, I went to the lounge for some quiet time, fiddled with my iPad a bit then took a quick nap.

4:00 PM

The day went on without a hitch. I continued with supervising my staff and completing some of my administrative tasks also made sure email requests are addressed and resolved. The last leg of the shift started preparing for end-of-day reports.

6:00 PM

Day has already ended. Double-checked the end-of-day task for accuracy and proceeded to close up shop for today. I started up my car and prepared to go home. Traffic at this time of the hour is a dice roll, whether it's heavy or light. Tonight was very light and was able to get home in a considerably short time.

7:30 PM

Got home and was jumped at by my dog who’s always so excited to greet me when I arrive. Headed straight to the washroom and tidied up, because of a pandemic. Had dinner and spent time speaking with my loved ones over the phone.

9:00 PM

After a couple of hours of talking on the phone with my boyfriend plus 3 Korean drama episodes later, I was finally ready for bed. Turned off the television and said goodbye to the boyfriend and started to slowly fall asleep. Another day wrapped up and ready for another exciting day tomorrow.
