Qualifications:
- must know how to use G-Suite
- proficient in using excel
- must be a graduate of BS Finance or Accounting
- has 1-2 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Managing and executing general accounting processes including management and/or execution of core financial processes: billing, accounting, recordings, amortizations, monthly reporting, annual balance, bookkeeping, fiscal forms, tax declarations and half-year reports
- Performing regular standard tasks but with the opportunity to vary work sequencing
- Complying with all client-published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to
- Assists in the implementation of financial and accounting processes in line with company policies and guidelines
- Assists in the monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assists in the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Prepares list of payees and summary list of sales and purchases in compliance with BIR requirements
- Prepares SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-ibig contribution schedules

I don't really think there is the worst thing in our company. Maybe more on things that could be improved. Like having a health card for everyone.
Since it is a startup company, turning 5 in November 2021, I can say that we are still struggling to set the culture we want.
Some gossip that would make you worry.
For me, the worst thing about working in this company is the fake people.
