Your role

Training & development

The Graduate Program is a chance for you to gain experience and build real connections, getting exposure to a range of different and dynamic teams and business areas. You’ll get to work with some senior business leaders and receive training that’s a mixture of structured and on-the-job aimed at helping you decide where you’d like to grow and develop.

Work life balance

To be eligible for the Suncorp 2024 Graduate Program you must have:

  • Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand
  • Partial or full completion of undergraduate level study with an Australian or New Zealand University (or equivalent Tertiary Institution) within the last 3 years (2021 - 2023), and have completed a minimum of undergraduate level study prior to the program commencing
  • Minimum ‘pass’ grade
