Your role

Suncorp’s Technology teams are the engine room of the organisation. Together they lead the Group strategy and drive the transformation of end-to-end customer experience while creating value through digitisation and technology innovation. Their Business-aligned technology teams work alongside each business to deliver on their strategic aspirations and operational requirements. They are enabled by centres of excellence that drive an enterprise-wide focus on technology infrastructure, data, cyber security and automation as well as lead the partnering and strategic innovation approach.

With your IT (or related) degree, leverage your critical thinking, curious mindset and collaboration skills to design, develop and deliver brilliant ideas alongside a diverse and inclusive team.

Training & development

The Graduate Program is a chance for you to gain experience and build real connections, getting exposure to a range of different and dynamic teams and business areas. You’ll get to work with some senior business leaders and receive training that’s a mixture of structured and on-the-job aimed at helping you decide where you’d like to grow and develop.

To be eligible for the Suncorp 2024 Graduate Program you must have:

• Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand
• Partial or full completion of undergraduate level study with an Australian or New Zealand University (or equivalent Tertiary Institution) within the last 3 years (2021 - 2023), and have completed a minimum of undergraduate level study prior to the program commencing
• Minimum ‘pass’ grade
• Studied with an IT (or related) degree
