Job Description

• Attains office's supplies and assets
• Maintains office's supplies and assets
• Controls and monitors office’s supplies and assets
• Handles in&out documents flows (invoice, legal letters and etc.)
• Monitors and reports branch’s budget
• Maintains and reports employees’ attendance and overtime
• Handles HR related matters in branch office

Job specification

• Candidate must possess at least SMU, Diploma
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh-graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
